Tuesday Carers Cafe at Clarence House

Take a well-earned break at our weekly face-to-face Carers Café, a warm and welcoming space to relax and connect with others. These sessions take place every Tuesday from 1:00 – 3:00pm at Clarence House.

This is a chance to step away from your caring role for a while, enjoy a cuppa, and spend time with people who understand.

This week, we’re starting the afternoon with a fun game of bingo, giving you the chance to socialise, have a laugh and maybe even win a prize or two. Afterwards, we’ll be taking some time to unwind with a gentle mindful meditation session, designed to help you relax, refocus and enjoy a moment of calm.
