Looking for a gentle way to break up your week? Our Wednesday Carers Café offers a relaxed, uplifting space where you can switch off for a while and enjoy something a little different. The sessions run from 10:00 – 12:00 at Clarence House.

This week, we’re heading out and about with a walk in the park. Come along for a gentle stroll, a good chat and a breath of fresh air. It’s the perfect excuse to get out of the house, stretch your legs and enjoy some time in good company.
