Looking for a gentle way to break up your week? Our Wednesday Carers Café offers a relaxed, uplifting space where you can switch off for a while and enjoy something a little different. The sessions run from 10:00 – 12:00 at Clarence House.

This week we will be getting creative with some arts & crafts, it’s a chance to try something new, keep your hands busy, and enjoy a calm, mindful activity. Whether you’re feeling inspired or just fancy giving it a go, it’s all about taking a bit of time for yourself.

The atmosphere is easy-going and welcoming, with no pressure to join in with everything. You can dip in and out of activities, have a chat, or just take some time to relax in good company.
